Daily Responsibilities

• Task prioritisation for the teams working on multiple projects and/or clients
• Manage task calendars of teams for accurate resource planning
• Ensure the weekly social media calendars of clients are sent for review
• Document client requirements and ensure they are translated into actionable tasks
• Identify and mitigate risks which directly impacts the client deliverables
• Work closely with the business development team and ensure to cross sell and up sell other solutions
• Adoption of organisation wide tools, systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency
• Manage resource capacity, utilisation and scheduling of their workloads
• Provide and improve processes and automate every redundant task in the organisation

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams
• Experience in dealing with third-party-provided solutions
• Operational ability in a diverse environment
• Exceptional customer-facing skills
• In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
• ITIL certification will be preferred
• Expertise in people management and leadership
• Strong organisational skills
• Capacity to train and guide junior team members
• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently
• Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills
• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
